Ocean's Enemy

Ocean's Enemy by Tohru Honda

Calmly i drift off into the deep blue sea
Of my dreams, my hopes, my wishes.
The goals i will never reach or see,
The waves against my face like kisses,
Every moment i want to save,
To keep you in my memory,
But regret holds me as its slave,
The ocean keeps me as its enemy.
And as i think, i know its not to be,
Us together, you and me,
Because i know this truth, it will never last,
Your smile, your laugh, its in the past.
