Life is like a novel with the end ripped out
We just have to keep reading to see how it turns out
Will it be a comedy
Or a tragedy
Will our life be turned into a movie
Or a dust collector
Will it be an award winner
Or a favorite children's book
How long will it be
A short story
Or a large book
Will it be a fantasy
Or a cook book
A how to for dummies
Or a road map
No one knows
But I want to keep reading my life
One page at a time.
